Information We Collect

• Business contact information — name, email address, phone number, company name, and business address provided by clients or prospective clients.
• Amazon Advertising account data — campaign performance data, spend data, keyword data, ASIN-level data, and other advertising metrics accessed via the Amazon Advertising API on behalf of clients who have explicitly authorized access.
• Billing and payment information — processed securely through Stripe. M3V Media does not store full payment card numbers.
• Communications — emails, messages, and records of correspondence related to account management and client service.
• Website usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and browser type. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Amazon Advertising API — Specific Disclosures

Specifically, with respect to Amazon Advertising API data:

• API access is granted by each client through Amazon's authorization process. We access only the accounts and data explicitly authorized by the client.
• Data retrieved via the API is used exclusively for campaign management, reporting, and optimization for that specific client's account.
• We do not aggregate, sell, share, or otherwise use client Amazon Advertising data across accounts or with any third parties.
• We do not use Amazon Advertising data to build audience profiles, retargeting lists, or any derivative data products.
• Access is limited to what is necessary to perform the services described in our client agreement.
• Clients may revoke API access at any time through their Amazon Advertising account settings. Revocation will terminate our ability to manage campaigns on their behalf.

Our use of the Amazon Advertising API is subject to and governed by Amazon's Advertising API License Agreement and Amazon's data use policies.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To deliver retail media management services as agreed with each client.
• To communicate about account strategy, performance, and reporting.
• To process billing and maintain business records.
• To improve our internal processes and service quality.
• To respond to inquiries from prospective clients.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose outside the direct service relationship.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

M3V Media does not sell, rent, or share personal or client information with third parties for their independent use. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — we use trusted tools such as Stripe (payment processing) and Google Workspace (email and communications). These providers are contractually prohibited from using data for purposes beyond service delivery.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers — in the unlikely event of a sale or transfer of M3V Media, client data would be part of the transferred assets, subject to this policy.

Data Retention

We retain client data for as long as necessary to provide services and meet our legal and business obligations. Upon termination of a client engagement, we will retain records for a reasonable period (typically no more than three years) for legal and accounting purposes, after which data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Amazon Advertising API data is retained only as long as needed for active account management and performance reporting. Upon request, we will delete client advertising data following the conclusion of an engagement.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes use of encrypted communications, access controls, and secure third-party tools. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Analytics and Session Recording

This website uses two analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with it:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — collects standard traffic data including pages visited, session duration, and general location. Data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — captures behavioral data including heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand how visitors navigate and use the site. This involves first and third-party cookies and tracking technologies. Data is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

By using this site, you agree that we and Microsoft may collect and use this data for the purposes described above. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools without your knowledge.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
